The Maryland Stadium Authority is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to obtain a highly qualified contractor to provide a General Contractor for Handrail and Concrete Repairs at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The Geneal Contractor shall follow the requirements as described in the attached IFB documents.
