The Town of Palm Beach is soliciting proposals from a qualified Construction Manager for the TOWN-WIDE OVERHEAD UTILITY UNDERGROUNDING PROGRAM - PHASE FIVE, NORTH AND SOUTH.
Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. and their project team have been retained by the Town of Palm Beach to provide design and construction phase services and documents for the Town-wide Overhead Utility Undergrounding project. A summary of the work on the project is provided below. Additional project information including a phase summary map, traffic sequencing map are included with this solicitation.
The contract for Construction Manager shall be awarded for Phase 5 for both North and South.
The construction phase has an anticipate duration of 18-24 months.
Proposers may withdraw their proposals by notifying the Town in writing at any time prior to the deadline for proposal submittal. After the deadline, the proposal will constitute an irrevocable offer for a period of six (6) months. Once opened, proposals become a record of the Town.

A "NON-MANDATORY" pre-proposal meeting will be held on:

Send any questions in writing before the start of the meeting so that the Town can ensure all questions are addressed. These questions can be sent to dbasha@townofpalmbeach.com or pose any questions through this platform.
Attendance is strongly encouraged as this will be the only forum to seek clarification from Town staff.
QUESTION DEADLINE
The deadline for questions is ten (10) CALENDAR DAYS before the end of the Offer Phase (due date).
Questions should be submitted through this software platform using the Question & Answer feature.
The Town may provide written addenda up to seven (7) calendar days before the date fixed for receiving the bid proposals.
SELECTION COMMITTEE MEETING
Consensus Meeting will be held on Aug 24, 2020 at 2:00 pm.
If the Selection Committee calls for Oral Interviews they will be conducted on Aug 31, 2020 at 10:00 am.
