GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SOLICITATION
The City of Leesburg, Florida invites solicitation response for the construction of two (2) 240-feet x 40-foot (maximum building envelope) aircraft storage hangars, ten concrete aprons, and associated grading and drainage improvements. Contractors submitting a response must hold the required General Contractors license and must have documented and verifiable experience. Details and specifications are outlined within this Solicitation Package.
Estimate of Project Magnitude: $1,500,000.00 to 1,700,000.00

BOND INFORMATION - A Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond is required to be submitted with the Suppliers Response.
- A Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be required following Contract execution.

PRE-SOLICITATION / SITE VISIT MEETING
A "MANDATORY" pre-bid meeting/site visit will be held on:

Location: Leesburg International Airport, Civil Air Patrol Building, 8807 Airport Boulevard, Leesburg, FL 347488
A representative from interested companies MUST attend this meeting and sign-in on the attendee sheet. Companies not listed on the sign-in sheet are NOT eligible to submit a bid response. A company submitting a bid response that is not shown on the sign-in sheet will be disqualified.
