General Information about this Solicitation:
The Town of Palm Beach is requesting proposals from companies who can provide Radar Traffic Signs for the Town's Police Department.  The awarded vendor(s) shall provide, when needed, all adjustments and repairs to the equipment awarded to them.  This shall include, if needed, the packaging, shipping from and return to the Town of the equipment at no charge to the Town.

Quotations for substitute items must be exact equivalents and must be documented with manufacturer and part number. The Town shall make the determination as to whether any alternate product or service is or is not equal, and such determination shall be final and binding upon all bidders. Base your quotations on the terms and conditions hereon.
 
Prices quoted must be valid for ninety (90) days from receipt of bids.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) shall be included in unit Price
• Terms of Payment:  Net 30 days
• F.O.B.: Destination (Palm Beach, FL 33480)
• All bids shall be submitted through this platform.     Failure to do so may be cause for rejection.
