INTENT OF BID
The intent of this bid is to establish an annual purchase agreement for the purchase of aggregate base. The agreement shall commence on October 1, 2020 and continue through September 30, 2021. 

This bid will be awarded by the City to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE
The bid submission deadline is 2:30 PM CST on Tuesday, July 30, 2020.  Late submissions will not be accepted.

Due to the Infectious Disease Procedures (COVID-19) that are in place, we are requesting that bidders not physically attend the bid opening. Instead, the bid opening will be held virtually.

RESPONSE SUBMISSION
It is highly encouraged that bidders submit their bids electronically through the Negometrix e-procurement platform. However, the City will accept hard copy submissions to the address indicated in bid packet attached in Questionnaire Section 1.1, Intent of Bid.

**All Vendors must ensure that their time zone settings are set correctly to Central Standard Time (UTC-06:00). All times posted will be in Central Standard Time. Late bid submissions cannot be accepted due to issues with time zone settings.
