INTENT OF THIS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to pre-qualify engineers and architects (licensed to practice in the State of Texas) to provide services on an as-need basis during the next three years.
All firms that demonstrate in their statement of qualifications and interview, if applicable, an ability to provide services meeting the City's requirements will be placed on a list of pre-qualified firms.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE
The initial submission deadline for this RFQ is 2:00pm CST on Thursday, May 21, 2020.
Firms may re-submit rejected statements and firms may update their statements at any time during the three (3) year period. Additional firms may be allowed to submit statements during this three year period in order to be placed on the pre-qualified list at the discretion of the Director of Purchasing. Firms interested in updating or submitting qualifications after the deadline should contact Purchasing directly at purchasing@templetx.gov.

RFQ DOCUMENTS

RESPONSE SUBMISSION
The City will only receive electronic submittals through the Negometrix e-procurement platform.
**All Vendors must ensure that their time zone settings are set correctly to Central Standard Time (UTC-06:00) all times posted will be in Central Standard Time.
