The Town of Palm Beach is soliciting bids from responsible and experienced contractors for the sanitary improvements of the Town's lift stations designated as E-3, E-4 and G-9. The work is shown in the construction drawings titled "E-3, E-4 & G-9 Lift Station Improvements" dated November 2018 (Kimley-Horn Dwg. No. 044063211).
The project components for all improvements include mobilization, general conditions, bonds, insurance, layout, survey, record drawings, pre-construction video recording and permit compliance.

Estimate Budget: $2,000,000.00.

QUESTION DEADLINE
The deadline for questions is SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS before the end of the Offer Phase (due date).
Questions should be submitted through this software platform using the Question & Answer feature.
The Town may provide written addenda up to FIVE (5) calendar days before the date fixed for receiving the bid proposals. Any oral explanation(s) given before the bid opening will not be binding.
BOND INFORMATION
A Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond is required to be submitted with the Suppliers Response.
The awarded Supplier (Contractor) will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond should the Contract amount be $200,000.00 or more.
