DESCRIPTION: General Information about this solicitation:
The Town of Palm Beach is seeking qualified contractor for Par 3 Golf Course Clubhouse gutter installation, concrete and sealant work. Work is to be performed at the Town's Par 3 Golf Course Clubhouse located at 2345 S Ocean Blvd, Palm Beach, FL 33480
The contractor shall supply all necessary materials, labor, management, supervision, trucks, gas, oil, safety equipment and any other materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as specified.

QUESTION DEADLINE
The deadline for questions is seven (7) CALENDAR DAYS before the end of the Offer Phase (due date).

The Town may provide written addenda up to FIVE (5) calendar days before the date fixed for receiving the bid proposals.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

The Town must receive all bids by 2:00 P.M. on December 5, 2019.
