GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SOLICITATION
The City of Leesburg, Florida invites interested and qualified firms to submit the Statement of Qualifications in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). All responses must be submitted electronically through this platform. Hardcopy responses will not be accepted.
Services: As a result of this RFQ the City will contract with a firm to provide professional design services for the City's planned Teen Center. The services required are detailed within the Solicitation Package. The services generally include: - Site Selection
- Community Meetings
- Design and Specifications
- Minimal Bidding Phase Services
- Minimal Construction Oversight
Selection and award of a Professional Services Agreement will be conducted in accordance with Florida Statute 287.055.
Project Budget (includes construction): $1,500,000 to $2,000,000
