DESCRIPTION: General Information about this solicitation:
The Town is seeking a contracted partner to provide oversight, management and programming of the fitness center located in the Morton and Barbara Mandel Recreation Center (340 Seaview Avenue, Palm Beach, FL 33480). In addition to the day-to-day operations of the fitness center, the Town seeks a collaborative partner to create and manage a community - wide wellness program for the residents of the Town of Palm Beach.
PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT
A "NON-MANDATORY" pre-proposal meeting will be held on:

Attendance is strongly encouraged as this will be the only forum to seek clarification from Town staff.
QUESTION DEADLINE
The deadline for questions is seven (7) CALENDAR DAYS before the end of the Offer Phase (due date).
Questions should be submitted through this software platform using the Question & Answer feature or direct email to purchasing representative for this RFP.
The Town may provide written addenda up to FIVE (5) calendar days before the date fixed for receiving the bid proposals.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Proposers shall submit their proposal online through Negometrix.
The Town must receive all proposals by 2:00 P.M. on Oct 30, 2019.
SELECTION COMMITTEE MEETINGS:
The Selection Committee meeting has been scheduled for November 5, 2019.
Oral Interviews have been scheduled for November 8, 2019. Proposers are advised to plan ahead, in case they are called for interviews.
