The Maryland Stadium Authority is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to obtain a highly qualified contractor to provide replacement of Upper Concourse ad panels at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. . The Contractor shall follow the requirements as described in the attached Bid documents.
