GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS IFB
The City Leesburg, Florida invites qualified and experienced Contractors to submit responses for providing all the necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the installation of landscape improvements on "State Road 44/Dixie Avenue between State Road 25/US 27/South 14th Street and US 441/North Boulevard" in Leesburg, Florida. Distance is approximately 2.2 miles. Details and specifications are outlined within this Solicitation Package.
This project is referenced by Florida Department of Transportation FM #430651-2-58-01 and Contract No. ASB61.
Estimate of Project Magnitude: $650,000.00 to $725,000.00

Deadline for questions is SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS before Solicitation Responses are due.
BOND INFORMATION - A Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond is required to be submitted with the Suppliers Response.
- The awarded Contractor will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond following Contract execution and prior to a Notice to Proceed being issued.
