GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SOLICITATION

The City of Leesburg invites responses to this Solicitation for the design & build of a new floating dock and boat slips on Venetian Cove located at Venetian Gardens as part of the areas overall renovation.  The selected Design-Build Team (DBT) will provide both design, construction permitting and construction of the project.

This project is receiving federal funding through the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC).

FEDERAL CONTRACT PROVISIONS ARE APPLICABLE TO THIS PROJECT.

FEDERAL DAVIS-BACON ACT MINIMUM WAGES ARE APPLICABLE TO THE CONSTRUCTION PORTION/COSTS ON THIS PROJECT.


Estimate of Project Magnitude:      $1,100,000 to $1,250,000
