Description: General Information about this solicitation:
The Town of Palm Beach, Florida invites qualified and experienced companies to provide pricing for Game Tables - Recreation. Details and specifications are outlined within this Request for Bid.
If you are interested in this solicitation and would like to view additional details click the 'participate'button below.  Selecting the participate button in no way obligates you to submit a response to this RFB but is necessary in order to see the detail of this RFB.
  • Quote your best price on the included pricing sheet. Prices quoted must be valid for the period of one (1) year:   July 1, 2019 through  June 30, 2020
  • Setup charges (if applicable) shall be included in unit Price
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) shall be included in unit Price
  • Quantities are estimated and will not bind the buyer
  • Terms of Payment:  Net 30 days
  • F.O.B.: Destination (Palm Beach, FL 33480)
  • Items shall be ordered via the issuance of Purchase Orders on an "as needed" basis for the term of the contract.
  • The Town of Palm Beach reserves the right to award on an "All-or-None" basis to one bidder or to award on an "Item by Item" basis, whenever it is in the best interest or most advantageous to the Town of Palm Beach. Award may also be made with Primary and Secondary suppliers.
