GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SOLICITATION
The City of Leesburg, Florida invites responses from qualified Agents, Brokers or Insurers to establish a contract for voluntary benefits for the City's active employees, spouses and dependents. The City has approximately has 500 full-time employees. The requested benefit plans are listed here, the Scope of Services and detailed information of each benefit plan is provided in the 'Lot'. Firms interested in submitting a response to provide benefits have the option to participate in all lots or in the lots that they are applicable to provide. - Dental Insurance
