GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SOLICITATION
The City of Leesburg, Florida invites qualified and experienced Contractors or Firms to submit response for providing all the necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision to renovate six (6) public restroom facilities on three (3) separate floors of City Hall. Details and specifications are outlined within the Invitation for Bid (IFB) Package.
Estimate of Project Magnitude: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00

Deadline for questions is SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS before Solicitation Responses are due.
BOND INFORMATION - Should the awarded Contract be $200,000 or more, the awarded Contractor will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond following Contract execution.
