GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SOLICITATION
The City of Leesburg will be contracting with an experienced and qualified Audiovisual System Integrator. The project will be for the City's new Community Center at Venetian Gardens currently under construction and scheduled for an end of October 2019 opening. The selected integrator will provide system design, rough-in installation of conduit and boxes and finally installation, configuration and testing of the entire system.
The City anticipates the system will include a designed audio system for the space that includes a Grand Ballroom and a meeting room. The system will include presentation display equipment, ie. displays or projectors. The Integrator will provide all cabling and AV room installation and equipment.
Project Budget: $83,000.00
