GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SOLICITATION
The City of Leesburg, Florida invites responses from qualified suppliers to provide products and services related to the purchase of new furniture for the City's new Community Center at Venetian Gardens currently under construction and scheduled for an end of October 2019 opening. Details and specifications of the building are outlined within this Solicitation Package.
PRE-SOLICITATION / SITE VISIT MEETING
A "NON-MANDATORY" pre-solicitation will be held on the below date and time. Suppliers not attending the meeting are eligible to submit a response. Interested Suppliers may attend the pre-solicitation meeting either in person or virtually through Skype.

Deadline for questions is SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS before Solicitation Responses are due.
