OVERVIEW
The scope of work comprises the establishment of water and sewer service to the property including service piping, lift station, water meter box, RPZ, connection to existing main line utilities, and roadway, pavement markings and sod restoration. The project also includes installation of a fuel tank including foundation and associated electrical improvements.

The Town may provide written addenda up to FIVE (5) calendar days before the date fixed for receiving the bid proposals. Any oral explanation(s) given before the bid opening will not be binding.
