The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County ("Authority") requests interested parties to submit PROPOSALS for the purpose of selecting qualified and licensed firms to provide BIOMASS WASTE PROCESSING - LARGE VOLUME, RFP No. 22-205/DL
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 10:00am, local time, open to all interested parties. ATTENDANCE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
The Authority requests electronic submittal of this Proposal. Therefore, proposals must be uploaded to this e-Procurement Platform through Questionnaires that affects each area of the RFP.
PROPOSALS must be received by the Authority no later than 2:00 pm, APRIL 21, 2022.

RESPONSE SUBMISSION
The AUTHORITY only accepts Solicitation responses online through our official e-Bid/RFx platform powered by Negometrix. All solicitation responses MUST be submitted through the platform. You may access the platform at this weblink - https://platform-us.negometrix.com.
Respondents are required to carefully read the questionnaires in order to ensure the appropriate required or requested information/documentation is properly uploaded. Failure to do so may result in your Proposal being rendered as NON-RESPONSIVE.

QUESTION DEADLINE
The deadline for questions is April 11, 2022 by 5:00pm.
Questions should be submitted through this software platform using the Question & Answer feature.
The Authority may provide written addenda up to FIVE (5) calendar days before the date fixed for receiving the bid proposals. Please refer to Table 1 - Procurement Schedule in Part I - General Information of the RFP. Any oral explanation(s) given before the bid opening will not be binding.
