INVITATION TO BID
ON-CALL AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR LANDFILL GAS COLLECTION, CONTROL AND COMPRESSION SYSTEMS

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS INVITATION TO BID
The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County ("Authority") requests interested parties to submit Bids for the purpose of selecting qualified and licensed firms for a three (3) year contract with an additional three (3) year renewal period through Work Assignments; to provide ON-CALL & MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR LANDFILL GAS COLLECTION, CONTROL, & COMPRESSION SYSTEMS, BID No. 22-406/DL
Sealed Bids shall only be accepted through the AUTHORITY's third party e-procurement system, Negometrix no later than 2:00 PM, THURSDAY, MARCH 31, 2022. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by way of conference call. Telephone number and passcode are outlined in the Invitation to Bid.
There is a 6% Goal for S/M/WBE Subcontracting Participation.
BOND INFORMATION
Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a surety company Bid Bond or cashier's check, drawn upon any State or National Bank in Florida, payable to the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County in an amount not less than five Percent (5%) of the amount of the total Bid. Any Bid received and accompanied by a Bid Security for less than five Percent (5%) of the amount of Bid Price or without a Bid Security will be rejected and returned. The Bid Bond executed by the BIDDERS shall be issued by a Surety Company licensed to do business in the State of Florida and meeting the provisions required by Florida Statute 287.0935.
PRE-BID / SITE VISIT MEETING
A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE ON TUESDAY, MARCH 15, 2022 AT 1:00 PM, at 7501 North Jog Road, Administration Building, West Palm Beach, FL., 33412, open to all interested parties, at which time representative(s) from the AUTHORITY's using department will be present to answer questions and explain the intent of the Bid Documents. Site visit after the pre-bid meeting.
RESPONSE SUBMISSION
The AUTHORITY only accepts Solicitation responses online through our official e-Bid/RFx platform powered by Negometrix. All Solicitation responses MUST be submitted through the platform. You may access he platform at this weblink -- https://platform-us.negometrix.com.
Bidders are required to carefully read the questionnaires in order to ensure the appropriate required or requested documentation is properly uploaded. Failure to do so may result in your bid being rendered as NON-RESPONSIVE.
