The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County ("Authority") requests interested parties to submit PROPOSALS for the purpose of selecting four (4) qualified and licensed Contractors to provide HURRICANE/DISASTER DEBRIS REMOVAL, REDUCTION AND DISPOSAL, RFP No. 22-201/DL
A MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE will be held on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2022 AT 10:00 A.M. local EST time via MICROSOFT TEAMS meeting, for all interested parties. NOTE: PROPOSERS NOT in attendance that submit a Proposal in response to this RFP will be deemed Non-Responsive. Meeting details below for attendance:

PROPOSER shall submit a completed Proposal Form 2 - Proposal Bond (same as a Bid Bond) in the amount of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000). Unsuccessful PROPOSER'S Proposal Bond will be returned upon execution of an Agreement with the successful PROPOSER. Proposal Form 2 - Proposal Bond shall also be accompanied by written Irrevocable Letter of Commitment from an A- or better rated Surety Company licensed to do business in the State of Florida to provide a ten-million-dollar ($10,000,000) Performance and Payment Bond on the AUTHORITY'S form (Attachment H) upon issuance of first Task Order.
The Authority requests electronic submittal of this Proposal. Therefore, proposals must be uploaded to this e-Procurement Platform through Questionnaires that affects each area of the RFP.
PROPOSALS must be received by the Authority no later than 2:00 pm local EST time, FEBRUARY 18, 2022.

Respondents are required to carefully read the questionnaires in order to ensure the appropriate required or requested information/documentation is properly uploaded. Failure to do so may result in your Proposal being rendered as NON-RESPONSIVE.
